1- We are considering where to move next (if you didn't know, we listed our house recently) We could choose a home that's already in beautiful condition and ready to move into but is on a smallish lot OR we could choose a home that has great bones, sits on a huge lushly landscaped lot but needs A LOT of work - much which would need to be done while we are living in it. I know, why would we choose to torture ourselves with living in a construction zone for the millionth time in our lives? Did you know that when I brought my third baby home from the hospital, we actually had scaffolding around the whole house, were ripping up floors AND the kitchen? We had moved our bedroom in to the dining room so we could tear up the flooring and renovate.... but I digress.... that's another story for another time.
Back to the question at hand- What would you do??? Beautifully new renovated and ready to go OR great bones with tons of potential but lots of work? What do you think?
oh, and there's also the small matter that we are selling our house furnished, so we will be completely furnishing the new home (!!!) So many fun things to think about. The next months ahead are definitely looking interesting to say the least.

2- This seems to be a fitting time to share my planner. I couldn't live without it. I also couldn't live without my sticky notes you can see poking out of the pages- ha! You can see more about it here- Day Designer
3- Another super busy week has passed- shocker, I know. But, seriously, we all know how it feels trying to squeeze everything into a day. Even so, I still prefer to cook and eat dinner at home with the family. I just feel that this is a precious time to have with the kids where we can all be together and talk about what's going on with everyone. So, what to cook tonight? Sheet pan dinners are one of the easiest dinners that I love to cook- no long recipe needed. Here's what to do- take a cookie sheet, line with foil for easy clean up, add your salmon and layer broccoli rabe and thin sliced lemons all around. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake at 400 for about 25 minutes. Add kalamata olives and feta cheese and serve!
Here's my prep photo. I don't have a finished one because everyone was too hungry and started eating it right off the pan- so there's your proof it's delicious too!

5- Spring is officially here. It's pretty hard to miss with all of the rain we've been getting day after day. Yesterday, I ran out to the J Crew factory store to grab a few things for the kids and I found this adorable rain jacket. It's lightweight for warmer weather and pretty perfect all around. You can order it online here- Kid's Clear Rain Jacket
