This is by far one of our favorite projects. Located in Watersound Beach, FL this three story home is within arms reach of the beach, has spectacular views of the coastal dune lakes and the Gulf, and is situated directly on a stream loaded with lily pads. It is an amazing location. The interior is full of custom cypress treatments, including a spectacular library, kitchen built on site, vaulted ceilings, sinker cypress beams throughout, Carrera Marble bathrooms and ship lap solid pine walls. Pure rustic elegance. It is the ideal beach retreat.
