This house is such a neat beach home. It's on a tiny cobbled road less than a block from the beach in Old Seagrove. We did a full renovation, including new flooring, tabby shell stucco fireplace, completely new kitchen and bathrooms, all new lighting and of course a whole new color palette. We also built a really fun bunk room and a great outdoor area finished with coral stone. The swimming pool has a sun shelf, bubble fountains and a fire pit. And if you look all the way up to the top of the live oak trees you'll see a brand new tower with views of the gulf.
