1- Last weekend was amazing and we're hoping for a repeat this weekend. After burning the candle at both ends for way too long, we turned our phones off, played in the pool, got a lot of fresh air and sunshine, took naps and went out for brunch. It was wonderful. You're probably getting ready for warm weather too, so I thought I would share my favorite beach towels. You can find them at Serena & Lily. 2- And speaking of brunch, if you're ever on 30A and are looking for a Sunday brunch spot, you'll definitely want to try The Pearl. And you'll also want to grab the table at the end of the terrace. Absolute perfection. 3- We're in the process of making plans for our new home and currently working on ideas for an interior renovation, a small expansion, the addition of dormer windows and a good bit of landscaping work. We're gaining a lot of inspiration from this book that we received as a gift from a client several years ago . It's the story of a renovation of an old stone house in southern California and a masterpiece of casually elegant architecture. It is so, so beautiful.

Why are you charging people an obscene about of money to tell them a paint color or where you got a light fixture?! (That no doubt is probably also obscenely priced) You do realize similar styles can easily be found on pinterest for FREE. Geeeeeze.

Old Seagrove Homes was created out of a chance meeting one summer night on a roof deck overlooking the beach in 2007. While Alex was already running a construction company, Cynthia had studied fine arts and design. Three children and many projects later, the couple knew that what had started out as a construction company, was quickly growing into something much more. Today, Alex and Cynthia Rice work together as a design team, building inspiring homes from conception to construction and custom finishes. Thanks for following along with us!
